AT Forge is a trusted manufacturer and exporter of high-precision closed-die hot forgings and fully CNC-machined, ready to assemble components from 0.2 kg to 50 kg. Based in Rajkot, Gujarat, we're a reliable partner to major OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers worldwide, engineering parts to withstand extreme stress and demanding environments, built in-house end to end.
We eliminate supply-chain complexity. From die design and hot forging to heat treatment and final precision CNC machining, every single process is managed completely in-house, so nothing about your part is a black box.
From blueprint to finished component, certified to international standards.
Full traceability to the heat number and single-chain quality means flawless, consistent components, every batch.
new product development and delivery move faster, start to finish.
Fully machined and finished components arrive certified and packed, straight to your production line.
From raw material testing to CNC-machined finished components, every process under one roof, calibrated and certified.
Net-shape closed-die and drop forging from 0.2 kg to 50 kg per piece, with consistent grain flow and tight repeatability for high-volume OEM production.
Complete removal of forging scale, descaling, and surface preparation to ensure a flawless, clean finish before machining.
Fully finished forging delivered ready to assemble: VMC, HMC, CNC turning and drilling to 5 micron accuracy.
In-house annealing, normalizing, hardening, tempering and quenching. Calibrated furnaces with real-time temperature charting per batch.
In-house spectrometer, UTM, hardness and impact testing, metallurgical microscope, MPI and ultrasonic.
Send a drawing, sample or 3D file. Our engineers design and develop the die, pick the right material grade, and deliver a sample for approval.
Talk to engineeringEvery component runs through a rigorous, vertically integrated six-stage process, with every stage in-house, fully traceable to the original heat number, and inspected before it advances. Zero black boxes. Zero compromises. Zero surprises.
Your drawings, physical samples or 3D CAD models are analysed by our forging specialists. We deliberately optimise grain flow, parting lines, draft angles and die life, then cut high-precision dies in-house from premium H13 tool steel on high-speed CNC die-sinking lines.
Quality begins at the source. We procure billets exclusively from Tier-1 approved steel mills. On arrival, every lot gets a unique tracking number tied to its melt-shop heat number, and chemistry is verified on our in-house 24-channel spectrometer before shearing.
Billets are uniformly heated to 1100–1250°C in efficient induction systems, minimising scale. The glowing billet is forged in closed-die tooling under high-energy friction screw presses and forging hammers, yielding near-net-shape parts from 0.2 kg to 50 kg with unbroken, high-strength grain structure.
To unlock the mechanical properties global OEMs demand, we perform normalising, annealing, hardening, quenching or tempering per your spec. Real-time furnace time-temperature charts are logged for every batch, with integrity verified on UTM and Rockwell/Brinell hardness testers.
We bridge raw forging to finished component. CNC turning centres, VMCs and HMCs hold tolerances down to 5 microns. Parts then receive specified surface treatments: phosphating, zinc plating, industrial painting or anti-rust oil blackening, fully ready for your assembly line.
Before packing, every batch passes strict quality gates: 100% critical dimensional checks on coordinate measuring layout tools, plus NDT including Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), Ultrasonic Testing (UT) or dye-penetrant, for zero surface or subsurface defects. Parts ship in sea-worthy, export-grade packaging with full traceability documentation.
Every stage runs in-house and stays fully traceable to the original raw-material heat number, inspected before it advances to the next.
We forge low Carbon Steel, medium Carbon Steel alloy steel, stainless steel and aluminium Alloy metals. Every billet ships with a mill test certificate from an approved steel mill.
We don't just supply parts. We provide structural integrity. Using controlled closed-die hot forging and 5-micron precision CNC machining, we deliver components that withstand extreme torque, high pressure and cyclic fatigue across seven demanding segments.
